Use freshly drawn, cold water and boil the water 95-100°C, Use 1 teaspoon (≈ 2 g) per cup (200–220 ml water) and brew for 3-5 minutes, stir and Strain using a fine mesh. Enjoy black or with generous milk and sugar to taste and serve
