Brewing Guide

Heat fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil (212°F or 100°C).
Measure 1 teaspoon (approx. 2–3g) of tea fannings per 8oz (250ml) of water.

Steep for a short time: 1–2 minutes for optimal strength and to avoid bitterness.

Strain using a fine mesh or use in a tea bag/infuser. Enjoy black or with generous milk and sugar to taste.
