Brewing Guide

Heat fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil (100°C or 212°F).
Use 1 teaspoon (approx. 2–3g) of tea dust per 8oz (250ml) of water.

Steep for a very short time, just 1–2 minutes, for a quick and flavorful infusion. The fine particles infuse quickly.

Strain using a fine mesh sieve or use a tea bag/infuser, as the particles are very small.

Enjoy black or add milk and sugar to taste
