Brewing Guide

Heat water: Bring fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil (212°F or 100°C).

Measure tea: Use 1 teaspoon (approx. 2–3g) of BOP tea leaves per 8oz (250ml) of water.

Steep time: Steep for 3–4 minutes, adjusting for desired strength.

Strain and serve: Use a fine mesh strainer due to the smaller leaf size. Enjoy black to appreciate its full character or add milk to complement its brisk flavor.
