High Grown BOP is a broken Orange Pekoe black tea harvested from estates situated over 4,000 feet above sea level in Sri Lanka’s central highlands. The cooler climate and mist-covered slopes produce a bright, lively cup with excellent clarity and aroma.

The medium-sized broken leaves infuse quickly to yield a golden-red liquor that is brisk, refreshing, and full of character. Its delicate floral aroma and light, crisp flavour make it perfect for those who appreciate a refined yet spirited cup of tea.

Brewing Guide

Use freshly drawn, cold water and boil the water 95-100°C, Use 1 teaspoon (≈ 2 g) per cup (200–220 ml water) and brew for 3-5 minutes, stir and Strain using a fine mesh. Enjoy black or with generous milk and sugar to taste and serve
