FBOP (Flowery Broken Orange Pekoe) Grade: A desirable semi-leaf grade with a moderate number of tips, known for a rich aromatic scent and a mellow, flavorful taste.

Heat water: Bring fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil (212°F or 100°C).

Measure tea: Use 1 to 1½ teaspoons (approx. 2–3g) of FBOP tea leaves per 8oz (250ml) of water.

Steep time: Steep for 3 to 4 minutes to achieve optimal strength and flavor.

Strain and serve: Strain the leaves and enjoy plain, or add milk and sugar to taste.
