Heat water: Bring fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil (212°F or 100°C).

Measure tea: Use 1 to 1½ teaspoons (approx. 2–3g) of tea leaves per 8oz (250ml) of water.

Steep time: Steep for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on your desired strength and flavor.

Strain and serve: Strain the leaves and enjoy this versatile tea. It is excellent served black, or with milk and sugar to taste
